Personality: He’s actually a really nice guy. He doesn’t really seem like the type of angel that would be fallen. He’s generally all around pleasant and will help you out in a pinch. He’s an expert when it comes to battle strategies. With legs like his, he can hold his own against the very best. He’s actually never lost a fight to anyone ever.

Bio:
Growing up in heaven was easy for Sneakers. Basking in the success of his sisters Panty and Stocking, he was one of those guys that was popular by association. Of course, not everyone liked that. There were a few Angels in his school that didn’t like that fact. So one day, they decided to frame him for murder. Once they did the deed, Sneakers was sent to court where he was found guilty. He was then sentenced to Daten City to collect heaven coins as a penance. To this day the angels that framed him still haven’t been found out and it looks like they never will.

Physical Description: Wears a green and black vertical striped jersey and beige pants. A green baseball hat completes the outfit along his white gym shoes. Short black hair and lightly tanned skin. Has a magical gold chain that protects him from any and all demon attacks. May or may not wear a cup. He is usually seen with either gum or sunflower seeds in his mouth.
